  1. Social Impact: How the business benefits the local community (local employment, engaging local suppliers, sponsorship of local teams/events, engaging with local agencies and networks, etc.).

  2. Strong financial performance: Showing the ability to be profitable and competitive, bring benefits to shareholders and secure long-term growth and job security.

  3. Innovation: Innovative approach of business solution.


Meet this year's Judges

 

Patricia Jimenez

Patricia Jiménez, Head of Marketing and Communications - Iberia, MetLife

Patricia was appointed Head of Marketing & Communication for Iberia in November 2012.
In her role, Patricia provides marketing and communication strategic approach for all single units in Iberia covering advertising, digital, event management, business support and communication plans (external and corporate). She manages a team of 4 people based in Spain and Portugal.
Patricia is also leading Digital and Customer Centricity Strategy as well as CSR Plans for Iberia.
Recognized as “Inspiring Woman of the year” in 2015 by INTRAMA, in 2016 she has achieved an award for MetLife as “Best B2C campaign” by the Spanish Insurance institute (INESE) because of the launch of its digital platform in Iberia.
During 2014 and 2015 MetLife was awarded by Spanish Customer Experience Association because of the Best Employee Engagement campaign. Also in 2014 was recognized as Best Partner by Junior Achievement in Portugal because of the number of volunteers involved in LifeChanger project.
Patricia holds a University degree in Business and Administration (UAM), and has a Postgrad in Digital Marketing (The Valley Digital School). She is member of the Spanish Marketing Association as well as Executive Committee of DEC (Spanish Customer Experience Association). She has over 17 years´ experience in sales at other companies such as Citi, Adecco and Salesland.


 

Charlotte Crepin

Charlotte Crepin, Head of Communications – France, MetLife

In 2013, Charlotte joined MetLife as an Internal Communication Specialist for France. In 2016, she diversified her activities to brand, communications and became the CSR lead in France.
Prior to MetLife, Charlotte worked for two years in international language travels between France, Canada, Spain and Belgium. In charge of the programs’ development and the institutional and public relations, she spent most of her time abroad in contact with students from 11 to 17 years old.
Besides her work at MetLife, Charlotte is a member of a corporate communication federation, Communication & Entreprise, and an active member of women’s networks.
Charlotte graduated from ECS, European Communication School, with a degree in Public Communications
